Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a list of services.

Assuming you want to set up multiple appointments for Proxy Sessions, you would follow these instructions:

1. Click on “Make Appointment for Proxy Session”

2. Click on the button marked ‘Custom’

3. Days that have appointments available will be shown in a darker shade of gray. Simply click once on each day that you would like to have an appointment. You will see that date appear below the calendar.

Keep clicking on dates until you have selected the number of appointments that you want.

4. Once you have the total number of appointment days selected, click on the button that says

‘Check Available Times’ at the bottom of the screen.

5. A new screen will appear which will allow you to modify or choose your appointment times.

(If a certain date that you have chosen will not work for you with the times that are available,

click on ‘Change Dates’ and click on the offending date to remove it from the calendar.)

6. If the dates and times are satisfactory for you, click on ‘Proceed’

7. If the Payment Information is satisfactory, click on ‘Make Appointment’, otherwise click on

‘Make Changes to Payment’
